You can request account and data deletion from the public web page at https://risus.io/delete-request, in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing privacy@risus.io.
For legal requests, court orders, copyright matters, or intellectual property concerns, contact legal@risus.io.
For abuse, harassment, threats, spam, scams, illegal content, AI content concerns, or other safety reports, contact safety@risus.io or use the in-app reporting tools where available.
Reports should include available links, screenshots, usernames, room names, message details, and a short explanation.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
For child safety concerns, CSAE/CSAM reports, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or other urgent child safety matters, contact childsafety@risus.io.
This address is monitored by a person or team authorized to discuss Risus's child-safety review, enforcement, preservation, and reporting procedures and to take required action.
Law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and authorized legal representatives may submit emergency requests, legal requests, preservation requests, subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful inquiries to legal@risus.io.
